The London office is led by our Head of Europe and North America, Md Shamsul Arefin, supported by a team of six professionals, including regional Design and Business Development Managers. This team serves as the primary point of contact for clients across the European and North American markets.

With extensive expertise in market penetration, trend analysis, and design innovation, the London team is equipped to transform client concepts into fully developed designs. Working closely with our in-house fashion designer, the Business Development Manager ensures that samples are created and delivered within exceptionally short timelines.

Our Merchandising Coordinator collaborates seamlessly with the manufacturing team in Bangladesh, operating in a fully synchronized, real-time workflow. This integrated approach allows us to track every stage of production with precision and transparency.

We use state-of-the-art communication technology to keep clients continuously informed, ensuring they never feel disconnected or uncertain during the production process. The team maintains a zero-tolerance policy for delays, consistently achieving— and often surpassing —order completion deadlines.
